Mortalis x Omnipollo - Hydra Bianco 7% Smoothie Sour
Pours and looks like gavisgon, thick and gloopy. Foam bananas on the nose, strawberry puree flavour, not much bitterness from the cacao nibs, with a silky creamy vanilla ice cream float finish. What a weird yet awesome beer

That does exactly what it says on the tin. I can taste the sweet cinnamon pastry, the tart plums and the sugary crumb topping. Pours thick as a smoothie, holds weight whilst drinking. Bloody delicious!
