La decisión de la jueza María Tardón de abrir diligencias previas por delitos contra la seguridad del Estado destroza la falsa normalidad de la Moncloa.

Al ordenar un informe urgente a la Policía para determinar si el asalto fue coordinado, los tribunales sitúan en el ojo del huracán la inacción del ministerio de @interiorgob y confirman la extrema gravedad que denunciamos en esta cuenta.

Este paso judicial tendrá consecuencias penales directas para quienes dejaron la frontera vendida conociendo las alertas del CNI.
Si la investigación demuestra que la entrada masiva fue una operación dirigida desde el exterior, el Gobierno tendrá que responder ante los tribunales por presuntos delitos de traición y abandono de destino.

La Audiencia Nacional asume la defensa de la soberanía nacional frente a un Ejecutivo vendido que pretendía cerrar el conflicto en falso.
