“We are now beginning to understand that opposites, like waves and particles, are essentially two ways of looking at the same thing. That ‘thing’ is the mystery..." (BOOK III – The Enigmatic Mystery)
🚨 They said Area 51 was just a test site.
But a scientist who worked inside described a body with three connected ribs — not human anatomy .
Days later… he vanished.
Schools all over the U.S. are cancelling picture day due to Leon Black, co-founder of the parent company that owns Lifetouch, being listed in Epstein Files.
Lifetouch is the biggest school photography company in America, shooting millions of student portraits every year. For each child photographed, detailed information is obtained on the child including name, age and address. This information was apparently sold to trafficking networks.

ICU.
A 40-year-old woman with lupus nephritis & myocarditis.
On inotropes. But stable.
Her labs come back:
🧪 Phosphate 7.2 mg/dL.
Team notes it. “Mild rise,” they say.
Next morning → 8.5 mg/dL.
Evening → 9.0 mg/dL.
Now everyone’s tense.
Renal failure? No — creatinine normal.
Tumor lysis? No chemo.
Rhabdomyolysis? CK normal.
Hemolysis? No schistocytes.
Vitamin D intoxication? Levels normal.
Hypoparathyroidism? Calcium absolutely fine.
The numbers didn’t fit the patient.
Rounds turn into debates.
“Maybe early renal involvement?”
“Check urine output.” → Perfect.
“Let’s repeat the sample.”
🧪 Still high. 9.1 mg/dL.
The graph looks terrifying.
The patient looks… fine.
Something didn’t add up.
We sat down and asked the simplest question:
“Where are we drawing the blood from?”
Answer: The central line.
And there it was —
💉 The heparin flush used to keep the line patent.
According to the manufacturer, the flush solution is phosphate-buffered heparin, containing roughly 105 mg/dL of phosphate.
Even a few microliters contaminating the sample can spike measured phosphate by several mg/dL.
minute contamination = false hyperphosphatemia.
We redrew her blood from a fresh peripheral vein.
Result?
🧪 Phosphate 3.8 mg/dL.
Crisis over.
No dialysis.
No pathology.
Just a pre-analytical error with dramatic consequences.
Sometimes, in medicine,
the labs scream before the patient does.
And sometimes… they lie.
This woman didn’t need therapy.
She just needed a clean sample.

When “Normal” Blood Tests Don’t Match Your Symptoms
For years, I was told my blood tests were normal.
Yet my body told a very different story.
I was living with persistent inflammation, a burning sensation in my hands, tightness in my head, neck, and feet, and a sense that something fundamental was wrong. Each time I sought help, the same reassurance came back. Your labs are fine. There’s nothing to worry about.
But when symptoms persist, reassurance without explanation isn’t comforting. It’s destabilising.
I knew this wasn’t anxiety. I knew this wasn’t imagination. I knew my body well enough to understand that something deeper was being missed.
That moment was the beginning of my search for answers.
The limitation of standard blood tests
Most routine blood tests measure what is circulating in the bloodstream at that moment in time. They do not always reflect what is happening inside cells, where energy production, nerve signalling, detoxification, immune regulation, and tissue repair actually occur.
This is an important distinction that is rarely explained to patients.
A result can fall within a reference range while cellular function is struggling. That disconnect is where many chronic symptoms live.
Discovering methylation and core nutrients
My research led me to methylation, a fundamental biochemical process that affects nearly every system in the body. It also led me to three core nutrients that quietly underpin this process.
Vitamin B6
Vitamin B9 (folate)
Vitamin B12
These nutrients work together. Deficiency, poor absorption, impaired activation, or increased demand can all disrupt methylation and downstream systems, including the nervous system, immune balance, inflammation control, and red blood cell production.
Crucially, I learned that standard tests often fail to show the full picture of how these nutrients are functioning at a cellular level.
The tests that changed everything
There are tests that exist to assess true functional and cellular status, but they are rarely offered or discussed in routine care.
When I finally took these tests, the answers were there.
I wasn’t imagining my symptoms. I wasn’t overreacting. I wasn’t “just stressed”.
I was deficient at a cellular level.
Seeing that on paper changed everything. My symptoms finally had a biological explanation. More importantly, I now had clarity about what needed to be addressed and why.
Why this matters beyond my own story
This experience is not unique.
Every day, people are told their results are normal while they live with fatigue, neurological symptoms, inflammation, pain, mood changes, fertility struggles, and complex chronic conditions. Too often, care stops at reassurance instead of curiosity.
Understanding biology does not mean rejecting medicine. It means asking better questions.
Connecting the dots
This journey is what led me to create the Connecting the Dots work. It exists to explain why symptoms can overlap across conditions, why they can persist despite “normal” labs, and why treating symptoms in isolation so often fails.
Not cures.
Not protocols.
Just the biology most people were never shown.
If your body is telling you something doesn’t add up, it’s worth listening.

You may not hear us right now due to all the noise, but there are millions of Americans who appreciate, support, and thank you for your service.
