@UberEats I submitted a wrong order refund request through the app a week ago and have not received a refund. Please can you help?

[Beth @Beffiellis]

@SouthernRailUK Yes that’s right!

[Beth @Beffiellis]

@SouthernRailUK hi, are you able to confirm whether the 18:37 from Haywards Heath to Hampden Park was running on Monday 28 Sep? at Haywards Heath they said it was cancelled and to continue my journey via Brighton so had a significant delay, but my repay claim has been denied. Ta

[Beth @Beffiellis]

@SouthernRailUK ^sorry that’s the 17:26 from city T.

[Beth @Beffiellis]

@SouthernRailUK 18:26 from city thameslink to Haywards Heath where I would have changed to the 18:37. Was told it was cancelled and to go via Brighton so I did that and got the 18:56 from Brighton to Haywards Heath.

[Beth @Beffiellis]

@SouthernRailUK I was told at the station on the tannoy and also my the conductor on my train from city thameslink that the 18:37 was cancelled. So I travelled via Brighton and arrived 1 hr delayed. Is there anything I can do about escalating my claim?

[Beth @Beffiellis]

@SouthernRailUK Am currently stuck at polegate after the train I was on was terminated there. Was told the next train to Eastbourne would be running 10 mins behind. The train I got off is still blocking the line. What is going on please

[Beth @Beffiellis]

@SouthernRailUK The conductor told me that if I do not purchase my ticket at least 20 mins before train departs, I will likely be fined. How is this able to happen when I am able to show a valid ticket?

[Beth @Beffiellis]

@SouthernRailUK train conductor told me that if buying an online ticket I need to buy 20 mins before train depts. I live 10 mins from the station and buy my ticket before I leave. Also check train status as I do not want to buy ticket early for cancelled train. Can you explain??

[Beth @Beffiellis]

@SouthernRailUK why are some of the trains from Brighton to London Vic delayed? But other trains from Brighton to London with a change at haywards Heath look fine?

[Beth @Beffiellis]

@FatFace hi there, the fatface website defaulted delivery to an old address (haven’t lived there for a year!) is there any way to change this now?! Order was only made a minute ago.

[Beth @Beffiellis]

@AsdaServiceTeam how do I request a refund of my delivery fee? My order was not delivered due to staff sickness so I had to pick it up from store, but I have still been charged the delivery fee.

[Beth @Beffiellis]

@SouthernRailUK Ok thanks. Why is the 16:31 cancelled?

[Beth @Beffiellis]

@SouthernRailUK can you let me know whether the 17:01 from Brighton to H Park will be on time? Looks like the 16:31 is delayed, possibly cancelled, but can’t see any reason.

[Beth @Beffiellis]

@SouthernRailUK Any estimation of when lines reopen?
Also can I still use a replacement bus with a key smartcard?

[Beth @Beffiellis]

@SouthernRailUK Is the 7:42 from hampden park to Brighton going to run? Doesn’t seem to have left Hastings yet but it just says “delayed”

[Beth @Beffiellis]

@Sabrina45X

[Beth @Beffiellis]

@SouthernRailUK Are trains going to Brighton from there delayed?

[Beth @Beffiellis]

@SouthernRailUK what is happening at Hastings/st Leonard’s? Trains seem to have stopped there

There are many people right now who are arguing that Putin has somehow changed/lost it/gone mad and is not the man he used to be.

I couldn't disagree more. They have simply not been paying attention. This is who he has *always* been 🧵
