This probably won't make it to anyone's feed yet but putting it out there! I have a queer book masterlist, full of queer fiction & you can filter based on age group, genre, representation, relationship, etc.

@Ron88keysRBDM @necrolordprime But, again, that nuance of it being simultaneously published obviously was enough for the list to say they made a mistake and put it back!
@Ron88keysRBDM @necrolordprime Yes! Again, my point was that it wasn't just a made-up rule and that it didn't just get changed in the middle. And I've worked in customer service, so I am also hesitant of "well I could break the rule last time why not now"
@necrolordprime @Ron88keysRBDM Especially because that then changes the parameters of the entire list and they would need to reevaluate everyone. However, yes, the conversation about it being published simultaneously does bring a little bit more nuance that wasn't available to most of us at the start
@necrolordprime @Ron88keysRBDM They definitely might have been wrong either including IW or removing HT. The inclusion of IW 40+ does not inherently mean that HT should be included. Just because a rule has been broken before doesn't mean it should be broken in the future.
@Ron88keysRBDM I think it's a great conversation about if non-US books should or shouldn't be counted, but this rule already existed and it's been listed on there site since at least 2018. Here is an earlier example, it being a Penguin Random House Canada book, just like XJZ's.
@Ron88keysRBDM@XiranJayZhao This has been their rule since 2018. Tbh I feel like if they did actually change their rule to allow it, a lot of parameters would change & could change who is or isn't there. I'm not against it changing the rule but it has existed and I'm sure has disqualified other people too.
Donโt stop sharing.
#MarcellusWilliams is an innocent man, and the state is still proceeding with his execution.
Do the right thing @GovParsonMO. Killing one innocent man is like killing all of mankind.
@lilslibrary @ovmads FYI if you would like to continue boycotting you may, but the boycott through R4A has ended as of today :) https://t.co/IpajN3Mkwj
This is standard boycott procedure, for those that might be boycotting for the first time. They have to review the statement and confirm that the demands were met satisfactorily. Let them cook!
Amid a months-long dispute with influencers, many of whom have vowed not to promote St. Martin's Press titles until their concerns are addressed, the publisher has released a brief statement. https://t.co/XDYl9lwQX7

Receiving a sex toy without consent is a safety concern on top of several other things.
But yes, more people should be speaking about Palestine. More people should be upset about the ongoing genocide.
@merylwilsner .. one of my favorite authors, but I feel like this is really putting all this into a weird perspective. Vibrators are great. More people should be speaking about Palestine.
However, this doesn't need to be either/or and we are concerned about safety and consent.
Influencer safety has been a big proponent of the St. Martin's Press Boycott, a boycott which started as a response to anti-Palestinian and racist rhetoric from an employee.
Many of us speaking about about the PR box have been active and loud in our efforts for Palestinians.
