Now it has basically turned into an AI-slop GTA thumbnail with a ramp map attached to it. From my perspective, it comes across more as jealousy than genuine criticism, especially after comparing the two maps. Cortex’s map is significantly more polished and detailed in my opinion.
Miguel is currently going after Cortex over his ramp map, which I find pretty ironic considering his own history with copying and reusing ideas from other creators. During the Mecha Chameleon trend, but aside from the thumbnail the actual map had nothing to do with the trend. 1/3
It looked like an attempt to capitalize on the trend purely for exposure. The map was originally heavily inspired by BroGames’ work, although Miguel later changed it and turned it into his own version. 2/3
@7Miguel_@coremaps@cortexmaps@Alexiw__ I played both maps today, and I have to admit that yours feels like nothing more than a pure cash grab. A lot of the custom cars are missing, while Cortex’s map is much more polished and better developed overall. Honestly, I find your behavior pretty ridiculous.
@7Miguel_@coremaps@cortexmaps@Alexiw__ You don’t own the idea of a ramp map or the genre itself, so I honestly don’t understand what you’re trying to prove. At this point, it just looks like you can’t handle the fact that someone else managed to create a higher-quality map than yours.
