Working from home today so threw on an LSU polo. Went to the orthopedic surgeon to have my knee checked out. The Dr. comes in and says “I wish you guys luck even though you stole our coach”. It was then I remembered he had Notre Dame scrubs on in his website photo🤦🏻‍♂️

John Madden was so inclusive of his audience. Always spoke to them like friends and never above them. Often made it simple so nontraditional fans would get on board, yet entertaining, passionate and warm for all of us football fanatics. The man WAS football, pure and simple. RIP.
