Months of preparation felt like a quiet process behind the scenes—late nights spent brainstorming, long discussions that stretched into the early hours, last-minute adjustments along the way, moments of doubt here and there, and still a steady belief that it would all come together in the end. Every effort and sacrifices were made with deep love for JMFyang and for you, Besties. This “Almost Us” is the moment we have hoped and prayed for since Day 1 — a dream once held only in conversations and quiet wishes.

From the heartfelt fan moments to the overwhelming love inside Gateway Cineplex 18 (Cinemas 11 & 18), the #AlmostUs Grand Launch hosted by JMFyang Official became more than just a normal block screening event… it became a memory we’ll forever treasure.

With over 520 seats filled, we are beyond grateful to everyone who celebrated this milestone with us — the influencers, content creators, movie reviewers, media friends, directors, and every bestie who purchased tickets and spent the day with us.

To our beloved bestie ninangs, our generous donors and sponsors, thank you for your trust, support, and for believing in this project from the very beginning. There was no big or small contribution 🫶

And of course, a huge shoutout to the 50+ fandoms who showed up with so much energy, love, and support. Seeing different fandom communities unite for one film was truly something special. ✨

The entire experience was inspired by the warmth and nostalgia of “Almost Us” — from the red carpet experience, our cozy magazine photobooth corners, the crowd-favorite “Almost Store” filled with movie snacks, ice candy, and classic sari-sari store treats, to the flower booth, game booths, and the heartfelt “Almost Us Notes” wall where everyone shared messages and memories that made the whole launch even more meaningful. 🌸🍿📸💌

Thank you to our amazing host Daniel for bringing life and kilig to the whole event, and to Kenaniah — the singer of the official “Almost Us” soundtrack — for the heartfelt live performance of “Bahala Na” that made the atmosphere even more emotional and unforgettable. Big love as well to OC Records and James Banaag (@iamjamesbanaag) for the smooth coordination and support behind the scenes in making the performance possible.
