@MMAFanWars Belal and Izzy definitely not. 1-5%
Jiri and Pereira have a chance but not sure if they have enough in the tank to. 25-30%
I think Torpuia and Merab have really good chances. 40-60%
@FREAKMMA1 Dummy, you are meant to invest the millions you make into passive income investments. It really blows my mind how anyone can make 10s of millions and not be set for life.
@Wizardpro93@angel_e_garcia_ He was winning all but half a round against the champ, and it looked like Aspinall was starting to find his rhythm before the eye poke. Aspinall will be mixing in take downs come the rematch, Volkov, Ngganou and Jones already showed the blueprint to beating Gane.
@MMAFanWars People calling Pereira a weight bully is silly since won the title then moved up 2 weight decisions. Khabib on the other hand decided to retire undefeated as a weight bully who never challenged himself.
@TheUFCArchive He's got the same cockyiness Topuria had before getting dismantled by Gaethje. Especially when you consider that he already has a loss and the time he stepped up in competition he got a gift against Olivera.
@concatenarsim Gane was landing some good jabs and leg kicks. Pereira looked dangerous but slow with his attempted counters. I would like to see him come in lighter for his next fight.
@BenJMMA03 Not really, Ian Garry would be the least suprising of the all the recent title upsets (other than Pereira but that was a pick em fight).
I still favour Islam though.
French cheat Ciryl Gane should be 0-7 in his last 7 fights.
Pereira DQ loss - landed about 10 back to head punches / elbows after landing a jab that slightly stunned Periera.
Aspinall DQ loss - eye poked Aspinall in both eyes. This wasnt even his first attempt in the fight.
Volkov Decision Loss - Got gifted a fight he clearly lost. Also cheated.
Spivak DQ loss - Landed back to the head punches to finish Spivak.
John Jones Loss - tried to cheat but got dismantled early.
Tai DQ loss - Landed multiple fouls through out the fight.
Francis - lost against an injured Ngganou. Probably cheated but lost anyway.
I would probably keep on going down the list with JDS etc but I think the point is clearly obvious.
Really hard to make a list now since so many great fighters have recently lost while others have pulled off huge upsets.
- Pereira and Topuria both lost but in divisions they are small for.
- Merab was on a crazy run so how far down does he go from a single loss?
- Pantoja was a top 5+ but all of a sudden people don't have him in their top 10 after a freak loss?
- Strickland beat Khamzat but lost twice to DDP so how much higher can you realistically put him.
