The parties involved clearly do not want this case open to public scrutiny. They don’t want people knowing the full details of the allegations surrounding the Roc Nation CEO being racist or the company’s reported financial pressures (including that they sought 40 million dollars from Live Nation and Michael Rapino). This appears to be the real issue at hand
