How do we calculate the positivity rate? That is, Is the testing random? Because if it’s not then it will over estimate the prevalence. Who does the testing, government labs? How do they select who to test?

@hinanshaikh @habidz How does hospitalization suffice as a fiat? Hospitalization data is equally flawed. Under reporting is one thing. More imp, ppl don't go to hosp unless extremely escalated cases. That is a very arbitrary measure. Ppl oxygenate at home. Serious case. Doesn't hospitalize. Etc etc
