Another UX issue: Copilot constantly sends me a lot of processing messages which usually are kinda filtered out by CC. At least I don’t need to know the thinking behind each decision while processing. I felt overwhelmed by Copilot’s messages and ended up missing important ones.
Omg…. Screaming at midnight. I’ve been using Claude Code from CMUX, and it’s been working well. Decided to try Copilot from there, and felt they looked so similar. Thought it would be an easy switch. But I was wrong. Copilot should really fix its UX… 🙃
I also noticed Copilot shows the “Complete” label next to the last message, but I often found out that it didn’t complete the task, and sometimes needed my permission to move forward. But it’s very UNCLEAR. This label is very confusing.
And I realized I forgot to commit my updates timely 🙃 had to hop around different terminal windows with Claude Code to restore all the updates from each session. My bed time 👋🥲🥲🥲 thank god, everything is back now!
I was hopping around different terminal windows. While waiting for some work to be done so I can go to the bed, my curiosity pushed me to check the UX of its rewind feature… expecting it to ask me the same clarifying question, but it didn’t. It just reversed all my work 💀🫠
