I have a few questions regarding the online Enumeration process through the ECINET app:

1. Can I volunteer to help others fill out and submit their Enumeration forms by logging in through my own ECINET account?

2. After successfully submitting an Enumeration form online, do I need to inform the BLO or share the acknowledgement/reference ID with them?

3. Once an Enumeration form is submitted online, does the BLO have the ability to edit the submitted details?

4. Is the Enumeration process considered complete immediately after online submission, or only after the BLO verifies and approves it?
I would appreciate your clarification on these points. Thank you.

A 19-year-old passenger traveling from Jaunpur to Salempur briefly got down at Azamgarh station. A TTE asked him to show his ticket. The passenger informed the TTE that his ticket was inside his bag on the train and requested permission to board and show it, but the train departed with all his luggage still onboard, leaving him stranded at Azamgarh station.

We request an immediate inquiry, assistance in tracing the luggage, and appropriate action if any lapse is found. Kindly help the passenger at the earliest.

Shame on @Swiggy for treating its delivery partners this way.

We placed an order from Baskin Robbins that should have arrived in 45 minutes. Instead, after 50 minutes, the delivery executive came to our doorstep without the order because the restaurant had been closed since the afternoon.

He had video proof, proof that he had reached the location, and messages sent to Swiggy asking for help—but Swiggy never responded. We even called the restaurant ourselves, and they confirmed they had been closed for hours. So why was Swiggy still accepting orders?

We got our refund, but that’s not the issue.

Despite repeatedly telling Swiggy that the delivery executive was not at fault and had all the evidence, they still slapped him with an ₹850 penalty.

To make matters worse, Swiggy customer care disconnected our call while we were trying to resolve the issue. They also kept insisting they were trying to contact the delivery executive, even though he was standing right in front of us and didnt receive a single call.

This is unacceptable. A company worth billions should not be forcing hardworking delivery partners to pay for its own system failures. Stop punishing the people who keep your business running and take responsibility for your own mistakes.

प्राइवेट अस्पतालों की लूट का क्या कहना, अभी हमने कुछ दिन पहले बताया था कि हमारे छोटे भाई का बच्चा बिमार है, हमने उसे देहरादून के एक प्राइवेट हॉस्पिटल में भर्ती कराया, 15 दिन NICU और 5 दिन वार्ड में रहने के बाद कल ही वह डिस्चार्ज हुआ है, हम भी लगभग दस दिन वही अस्पताल में रहे, आप ये जो बिल में इंजेक्शन देख रहे हैं इस पर 6561 रूपए की MRP है और प्रतिदिन एक इंजेक्शन बच्चे को लग रहा था शुरू में कई दिन हमने इसको अस्पताल की फार्मेसी से ही खरीदा, हमारे हमारे काफी अनुरोध और उसकी ठोड़ी खुजलाने के बाद उसने हमें 10% का डिस्काउंट दिया, और ऊपर से अहसान ऐसा दिखाया जैसे अस्पताल की पूरी फार्मेसी उसने हमारे नाम कर दी हो, एक दिन हमने अस्पताल के बाहर एक फार्मेसी थी उससे पूछा भाई ये इंजेक्शन कितने है, उसने हमें 4 हजार का बताया, अगले दिन हम वहीं से लेने लगे, फिर एक दिन हम घूमते फिरते वही लोकल बाजार में पहुंच गए, एक फार्मेसी दिखाई दी हमने उससे पूछा उसने हमें 2 हजार का बताया, हमारी उत्सुकता और बढ़ फिर हमने और कई फार्मेसी पर ट्राई किया आखिर में सबसे सस्ता 1600 रूपए का इस फार्मेसी ने बताया जिसका बिल आप देख रहे हैं, और थोड़ी उसकी ढोडी खुजलाने के बाद उसने इस पर भी 10% का डिस्काउंट दिया, अब सरकार बताए की इस 1600 रूपए के इंजेक्शन पर 6561 रूपए MRP डाली गई है किस नियम से डाली गई, और इस लूट की इजाज़त किसने दे रखी है?
