India tells UN that 9/11 plotters including bin Laden were found in Pakistan, not "caves", and warns the same "sanctuary" still shields Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed.

I don’t understand the criticism of serving a vegetarian menu at BRICS. India arguably has the richest vegetarian cuisine in the world, so why shouldn’t we showcase it? And this is no ordinary veg menu: Khandvi from Gujarat, mushroom galouti from Awadh, gucchi from Kashmir, poriyal from the South, Old Delhi fruit cream with jalebi…a culinary journey across India.
I wish I was invited for this sumptuous dinner!
Eminent chef Sanjeev Kapoor puts all these naraz phupha rants to rest with one line :
“There is no one who doesn’t eat vegetarian food. Even non vegetarians eat vegetarian food, and this is a global trend”
Also if someone has a special request it is accommodated

Walk into any government office in India, towels are a common sight on the chairs of bureaucrats. A ubiquitous symbol of power.
Such is the importance of the towel that a few years ago in Uttar Pradesh, lawmakers filed complaints, aggrieved at not being offered chairs draped in white towels during visits to government offices, while pointing out that officers were "sitting on tall, betowelled chairs." The matter was serious enough that the state's parliamentary affairs department had to issue a formal directive to officials, reminding them of the existing hierarchy. The government ordered that MPs, MLAs and MLCs be given towel-adorned chairs "of the same height and decor" at meetings across the state.
In the Uttar Pradesh secretariat in Lucknow, around 1,000 towels are changed twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays😀
78 Bangladeshi workers who had been working in Saudi Arabia returned home on Ethiopian Airlines, transiting through Ethiopia before heading to Bangladesh.
When they arrived at Shah Jalal Airport, they were shocked to discover that some of their luggage locks had been broken and items were missing, causing widespread anger.
They blamed the airline, which had handled their baggage throughout the trip. Some of them were seen crying after losing the results of years of hard work abroad.
Lovely idea to feature sailors from the commissioning crew of the @IndianNavy’s newest home-built warship INS Taragiri right before she enters service. ♥️👏🏽
VIDEO | PTI EXCLUSIVE: Congress MP from Thiruvananthapuram Shashi Tharoor (@ShashiTharoor), speaking about Indian cricketer Sanju Samson, says, "I feel tremendous pride. I first met him when he was 14, a young club cricketer with a big smile and immense talent, already excelling in both wicketkeeping and batting. I had told him, somewhat patronisingly, that he would be the next Dhoni. Years later, Gautam Gambhir corrected me, saying he does not need to be the next Dhoni, he will be the one and only Sanju Samson, and that is exactly what he has become."
He adds, "He has been a terrific success, quiet, modest, unpretentious, and an effective leader. He led Rajasthan Royals very well for years. More importantly, he has brought stability and anchoring at the top of the order for India. Even during his difficult phases, I always felt that if he composed himself, his core talent would come through. When I saw him in that match against Zimbabwe, I could tell from the start that he was in form that day."
