Finally train no 20402 has reached BSB after waiting for an hour at the outer. The ACs went down and people started leaving in the outer tracks which is unsafe for every passenger. It happens everyday according to daily passengers. @RailMinIndia @RailMinIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw
