I’m confused — @Verizon offers MINIMAL support to customers whose service they’ve disconnected AND locked their accounts in error? I’ve tried to for TWO DAYS to fix an error THEY made and screwed up with NO HELP.
Make it make sense. I’m pissed.
Today, I got home from ATL at 2:35am.
I fell asleep around 3:20am. I got up for work at 6am.

Repeating the same thing for each class.

You have no clue how a parent feels when they are still trying to figure life out as it keeps moving, while also trying to correct AND overcome past mistakes, hoping to build a better future…not until you’re NOW in their shoes.
