@SearsHomeExpert 2/2 sent me to 5 different departments and wasted over an hour and a half of my time. I spoke with Bowden and Aidan but I also spoke with 4 other customer service representatives.

@chasesupport They refused. Then I asked them if I could pay it now. They refused. I said how am I supposed to close it? Go to a branch they say. The closest branch? 2 hours away. Unbelieveable!
