#grief#healing#sacredjourney Grief is a journey and experience to be respected, honoured and believe it or not, valued. For she really is a sacred teacher, teaching us about life and love like no other can. ❤️
This lovely heart was shared with us for anyone struggling with their grief.
We are paying it forward.
Please feel free to do the same. 🧡

@carolinenewson It’s heartbreaking on top of a shattered heart. I hope at least there are just as many people reaching out and showing unbelievable kindness as there are avoiding you. Sending hugs and love. 💕

💔 It's okay to feel a range of emotions during grief. Allow yourself to cry, to scream, or to simply sit in silence. Embracing your feelings is a sign of strength, not weakness. #EmotionalHealing#GriefJourney
@karolinamilena Sending much love 💕 The suffering goes. You will always love your dad so you will always grieve him, but it goes from harsh to gentle and graceful with time xx I hope you have found a chance to do some healing work around the trauma.
It is so wonderful now that there is the internet to connect and share our stories. Many widowed people choose to blog about there experiences or write books. A writer myself I am a true believer in sharing our stories, not only for self healing but our community at large.
The start of an international online community. I am very excited and honored to get to know you all and hear your stories on this unique and painful journey that is Being Widowed.
