If people genuinely find this funny, then honestly, there is something seriously wrong with that mentality. Repeatedly sexualizing every word or situation whether it’s “lollipop” or anything else is demeaning, especially when the person involved has already made it clear that she doesn’t find it funny.

Making a mistake once can happen. But repeating the same thing again and again after knowing it makes someone uncomfortable is a completely different matter. Anyone would feel bad in that situation.
