@RyanOGara I am a BSU grad and I liked your assessment of the Cards' season. It was so disappointing, but not surprising. BSU keeps its stagnant ways going. I do not like the leadership. It all began after Rick Majerus left, and nothing was done to keep his momentum going.

@RyanOGara I was the sports editor at the Bluffton News-Banner before retiring in June 2018. I covered the Cards for years, including the Majerus years and Hunsaker years. I thought Hunsaker just road the coattails of Majerus and did not recruit like Majerus did. I think recruiting is down.

Buffalo won its fourth Mid-American Conference men's basketball tournament championship in five years. When was the last time that Ball State even came close to winning a title? What is wrong with the Ball State program?
