Thank God Americans help eachother out but this should tell us something. We need to totally gut congress. The traitors are selling us out and taking everything they can from us. In December, an 85-year-old North Carolina widow called a tree company begging for firewood, she said she was cold and couldn't heat her home.

The owner delivered it free and then fixed her roof, her heat, her car, raised $20,000 for her Christmas... and STILL maintains her property free, checking on her every week.

Her name is Nana Abernathy. She had just lost her husband and was struggling to survive on her own when she made that call last December.

Paul Brittain, the owner, showed up with the firewood himself. No charge.

But while he was there, he noticed things: a leaking roof, a broken heating unit, a car that needed tires.

So he came back, this time with his whole crew.

They fixed the roof.
Replaced the heat.
Put new tires on her car.

All for free.

Then, for Christmas, Paul raised $20,000 for her.

To this day, he maintains her property at no charge and checks on her every single week, just to make sure she's okay.

He has never charged her a dime.

I was at a water park yesterday with my family.

75% of dads here are obese.
Many CHILDREN are obese.

It hurts my heart.

Who cares about the aesthetics.

•longer life expectancy.
•more energy & zest for life.
•set an example & lead your kids.
•be healthy & able to play/move with grandkids & beyond.

I also see many dads keeping their shirts on.

I get it.

It's embarrassing.
I used to feel that way at 34.

I dreaded pool days & begged my wife not to take a picture of me.

Dads, you don't need to be Brad Pitt from Fight Club shredded or Arnold Schwarzenegger strong.

You do need to set an example for your kids.

You do need to be confident & healthy yourself so they see the best version of you!

America is in a health crisis.
This won't be solved by anyone but you.

Take the first step back today!!!

Choose a healthy meal.
Choose a walk or easy workout.

Be the leader of your family & the man you know you can be!

LEAD YOUR KIDS TO HEALTH!

Not one parent on earth would say,
"I HOPE MY KID GROWS UP TO BE OBESE, WITH CHRONIC DISEASE, & LIVES A SHORTER, LESS FULFILLING LIFE WITH NO ENERGY........"

My mission is to share life, encourage everyone & be a positive light here.

I've learned a BIG thing in this process.

1) You'll inspire a lot of winners & likeminded people.

Not a day goes by I don't wake up to messages of better marriages, in the gym again, being a more present father, reading the Bible or some other great life change.

2) You'll anger a lot of people determined to stay victims & losers.

Not a week goes by I don't have people project their loser mentality onto me.
I understand tho & still root for them.
I was in that head space long ago too & had people help me out & encourage me along the way.

We can all win as soon as YOU DECIDE YOU WANT TO & ARE WILLING TO PAY THE COST.

Today I was reminded I am NOT A FREE MAN.

I got the mail & found my property tax bill.

I paid for my home & owe nothing on it.

Yet, every year I am FORCED to pay higher & higher taxes on something I bought many years ago.

If I refuse to pay, men with guns will throw me in a cage & seize MY PROPERTY & possessions.

But hey that government funded slush fund to pay off r@pe victims from our senators & "representatives" isn't going to fund itself right?!

TAXATION IS THEFT!!!!

We are taxed well over 50% if you add up income tax, property tax, sales tax, fuel tax, etc etc etc!!!

The founders started a rebellion over a 1% tea tax.

We aren't free.

I just wonder when WE THE PEOPLE will have had enough.
