@newlook why are store staff refusing paper receipts and will only issue email ? West Quay last week the assistant was rude and said if I lost the receipt don't expect a refund(I wasn't that's just common sense!) Salisbury yesterday I was told the till couldn't print a receipt!

@BristolAirport your female toilets on the upper floor near Brigg & Stow are a disgrace! This morning at 7.30am they were filthy, paper all over the floor, coffee has been spilt affecting several cubicles and most of the loos needed a really good clean 🤮 worst I've seen in ages

@GMB @MartinSLewis Advise viewers to check credit card statements I was recently charged interest by @hsbc when I had paid my statement 'in full' before the due by date. When I called the bank they couldn't tell me why this happened but said they would refund the charges as a goodwill gesture!!!

@Haleon_health why has the formula of #sensodyne Original Mint been changed? This was a brilliant #toothpaste but the 'improved formulation' has now given me sores and ulcers in my mouth! The old formula never did this which is why I've used it for 4 years. Help !

@Matalan sad to hear you are closing the #salisbury store. Its one of the only shops where you can still try clothes on before buying! It's usually quite busy in the shop too so strange decision to shut up shop completely 😕

@asda why do drivers ask customers to complete these surveys when you receive a home delivery? The survey is about your store experience and needs details from your receipt! It's happened 3 times now 🙄

@BristolAirport After being quoted £370 to park in the multi storey for 1 week in June there needs to be more options for all visitors to the airport. It's cheaper to cancel holiday and book another departure airport which is really sad for your staff and business!

There must be an error with @BristolAirport #parking last night I entered details to park one week in June this year and it came back as £370 for the multi storey 😳 surely this is an error? I used it the same week in 2022 and it was just over £100 ?? #priceincrease #ripoff

@GMB get a drs appointment within 2 weeks 🤭🤣 where?? Even village surgeries are a 3 week plus wait and towns and cities are even worse!

@wiltscouncil @journalupdate It's a bit late to report it now! There should be someone on duty from Atkins on busy shopping evenings Christmas week!! 5.10pm wasn't exactly late. The car park is a disgrace deep potholes, signs blown over obstructing routes, parking bays barely visible and you still charge!

Well done @wiltscouncil yet again central car park was mayhem again tonight 5.10pm until gone 6.30pm. Traffic lights stuck on red both ways on an extremely busy shopping evening no contractors anywhere to be seen and we have to pay for the pleasure to park!!! @journalupdate
