@MissClarkeY2 @Em_Teaching Some nights I don’t (usually the nights I end up falling asleep exhausted in my 3 year olds bed 😂)! But others if I don’t, then my list gets longer 😩! I do however, feel as teachers were in a vicious cycle! We’re damned if we do, and we’re damned if we don’t!

@Em_Teaching @MissClarkeY2 I had my son half way through my SCITT year, returned to continue it when he was 5 month old. Fair to say, I feel like I’ve missed out on 3 years of his life that I will never get back. I come home at 5:30/6 make his tea, put him to bed, then turn the laptop back on! 😩

So far this evening I’ve learnt that…

I get 17 weeks holiday a year
I only work 9-3
I shouldn’t complain because it’s a ‘vocation’
I had 2 years off during the pandemic (how did I miss that??!)

To round up sports week, we welcomed Evergreen Primary, as part of @cdsport Friendship games, to teach each other some fun games. All the children had an amazing time and made lots of new friends!
