In difficult times like these, I implore you to lend a helping hand to those in need of assistance. @Boatfoundation has been helping to transport safe blood to FMC, where victims of the Owo Massacre are receiving treatment. Please reach out to see how you can support/donate.
…And, if those aren’t tiring, the increased diesel price and resulting inflation will certainly stress you out! Sometimes, it feels like everything is working against you, but it’s at those very moments we must make space to breathe.

To commemorate World Health Day, I'll share a 3-part series on wellness, its role in my life, and the equilibrium it provides as I juggle many hats.

Just Breathe 🧘🏽♀️
It sounds easy, right? Yet, many things often get in the way of just pausing to breathe. Work stress, personal issues, unending responsibilities…
Thank you @Tunde_OD for all your good work with Chess in Slums Africa, and now with the International Women’s Society.
Just 4 weeks in and the results are evident - the children were confident and enthusiastic teachers ! 👏🏽 #BDF
It’s been one month since we launched our Chess training center in partnership with International women society at Ikate for 50 girls.
Yesterday, they got to share their progress with some of the past IWS presidents including the Executive vice chairman of Globacom @BellaDisu
It’s been a time of sadness and deep reflection on the tragic occurrences in our nation. I am holding the victims of the Abuja - Kaduna train attacks and their loved ones in my heart. May God comfort them and grant rest to the tragically departed. Amen.
It’s also by developing acuity in young girls so that their voices are stronger than ours when their time comes.
In that light, I’m excited about the good work I hope to achieve with the International Women’s Society this year.
Today and every day, Happy International Women’s Day. #BreakTheBias.
I think back to Saturday, when I was in the presence of powerful and inspiring women from all cadre of society, at the first edition of the International Women’s Day Awards Gala.
Our capes may be invisible but, I assure you, women are superheroes. The gender bills were rejected by a National Assembly with over 90% male members. How do we change that? It’s by insisting that our country must #BreakTheBias.
Two weeks into the year and as usual, we are neck deep into goal planning. Year in, year out, it’s a constant evaluation on how to better achieve our goals.
2022 has seen me more amped to success by having a NOT To-Do list - a simple but brilliant tip I picked up recently.
Some of mine are:
1. Do not spend more than 30 minutes on Instagram daily. (Ok, weekdays ! 😄)
2. Do not spend more than 15 minutes on your Photos daily, no matter how many memories Apple reminds you of.
3. Do not miss reading The Economist between 7am - 7.30am.
