As Keepers we train various styles of movements with our feet. Back pedal, side shuffle, drop step, sprint, all while reading the attacker, maintaining ball line and preparing to make a save. Then “we’re up” and ready again. Satisfying to see muscle memory kick in during a match.

Never mentioned it but I tore my UCL last season & had to take 7 months off. Lot’s of Dr’s visits, treatment, PT, S&C, and sweat. It’s been 10 months since I last took the field so knocking the rust off but it feels great to be back! @SpiderSoccer @themoderndaygk @GIK_FemaleHUB
