Daniel Chong, it’s one of the most unique, ambitious, and beautiful Pixar animations, and one of the first films I watched in theaters after facing homelessness last year.

I love Mable, and I can’t wait to watch it 1000x. 😂🩷

Yes the world is shit and I lose hope every other day, but I try to remember that there’s still millions of people fighting for love and kindness around the world every single day and even signs of things starting to get better.

SO I KEEP FIGHTING FOR CHANGE, I KEEP FIGHTING FOR MY DREAMS, I KEEP CREATING, I KEEP BEING VISIBLE (when it’s safe), AND I KEEP BELIEVING THINGS WILL GET BETTER, because it can if we never stop fighting for it.

🥰🩷🏳️‍⚧️ The video is from Ep 7 of Disney’s Pixar Show WIN OR LOSE about Kia a Transgender girl voiced by trans actress Chanel Stewart.

Even Though Pixar was made to get rid of any verbal mention of her trans identity by Disney Leadership at the time it’s still one of my favorite trans works of art, and with Disney being some of my strongest core memories I have to cherish of my mom it means the world to me.

We’re finally getting a queer film in theaters for pride month and the fact that the leads are Asian makes this even more special.

Bob Iger was a horrible Disney leader when it came to LGBTQIA rep, especially when it wasn’t easy to be edited out.

But I'm hoping with Josh and Dana as the new CEO and President, Disney's leadership regarding LGBTQIA rep will improve.

So far it’s going in the right direction.

• Trans Nonbinary character in Malcolm in the Middle
• Joe Locke signed multi-picture deal to play Queer Superhero Wiccan in future MCU projects.
• Queer FX show ADULTS got a 2nd season
• Ruaridh Mollica is playing Queer Superhero Speed in the Upcoming Marvel Show VisionQuest out Oct 14.

I’m hoping there next step is to allow their animation projects that same freedom since Openly Queer actress Fortune Feimster voiced Nibbles in Zootopia 2, and openly Queer Actor Alan Cumming is voicing Evil Bullseye in Toy Story 5.

Here to hoping they stop being weak and start being on the right side of history.
