@solicitorchat Employers should realise that ‘can do’ and ‘should do’ are very different things, particularly at a time when workplace culture is moving higher up the agenda. Good legal advice should take that into account; just telling employers what they can do only adds limited value IMO.
@solicitorchat In practicality employers can force staff to resume office-based working. IMO the result of doing so will cause increased presenteeism, negatively effect employee wellbeing and be more costly to the business.
