REGARDING BP
Please, everyone should stop worrying too much about blood pressure (BP). BP changes from time to time and can be affected by anxiety, fear, excitement, and stress.
For example, early in the morning I checked my BP and it was 110/90. Later, when I got to the screening center and the doctor checked it again, it was 128/85. This shows that BP can change within a short period.
The officers and medical personnel conducting the screening understand this very well. They know that many applicants are nervous, especially if it is their first time attending such a screening. Because of panic and heart palpitations, BP readings can temporarily rise.
So instead of making BP your top concern and believing propaganda that only certain BP figures will pass, focus on the requirements that have clearly been specified. For instance, if the minimum height requirement is 1.65m for males and 1.64m for females, then being below that requirement is something to genuinely worry about because it is specifically stated.
As for BP, since no exact pass-or-fail figure has been publicly specified, there is no need to panic over every number you see. Just stay calm, attend your screening, and let the process take its course.
I hope you understand my point.
