@Robbynne@man_integrated Bnsf new policy is that points only reset if they work 14 straight days. Prior approved days off would need to be forfeited as well.
@Robbynne@man_integrated The points used to go away every 90 days and now that’s gone. Days are now higher rated. Are you a bnsf or up wife because although both companies have point systems they are not the same.
@Robbynne@man_integrated RR’s have no scheduled days. The on-call expectation is to work every 11 hours w/no scheduled days off outside of vacation days which are also often forfeited.Being able to layoff for doctors appointments, sick days, or pure exhaustion is no longer possible. Seems like an issue.
@Thomas_LaRochel Oh man. I’m about to transfer all my loans once I graduate in a couple months and hope all mine are the right type. Good for you! It must feel amazing to be done!
@whateverputo I wish that I could just send you a giant basket full of all the things that you love, and I wish that it would somehow in some stupid ass way make you feel a little better in this time. I'm thinking of you guys. ❤
@ChrisMurphyCT I appreciate your point, but not having a dx does not mean you aren't mentally ill. Many people do not have a dx because they either have no access to mental health care to obtain a dx, or their symptoms make them more likely to internalize their pain than to reach out for help.
