@portilloshotdog Wow! Drive thru at Route 59 & 135th location in Plainfield IL is UNBELIEVABLY slow! Every other Portillo’s drive thru operates efficiently. But this one is awful.
@ChatGPTapp Horrible customer service. I canceled the $20 subscription before the free trial was up. I signed up for the $8 chatgptgo. Instead I got charged the $21.39 for plus. And chatgpt said they can’t refund & is making me jump through hoops with Apple services for refund .
@Walmart Romeoville, IL Walmart is awful. It takes a long time and multiple calls to get anyone to answer the phone. Employees are rude. I tried Walmart+ for grovety delivery, and it was delayed 3 times into the next time slot. I’ll be canceling membership.

@meijer The gas station225 N Weber Rd in Bolingbrook is horribly managed. Unfriendly employees & things don’t get restocked. The cherry coke & Dr Pepper on the fountain machine have been out for 4 days. The machine doesn’t work a lot.
@petsuppliesplus Worst thing your company did was get rid of the product rewards on our rewards dashboard. Now we can’t see how many bags we have bought or have left for the reward.
@Starbucks I’ll go to 7 Brew from now on. Didn’t receive my birthday drink coupon from SB. Rep said it’s because I hadn’t made a purchase in 12 months on the empty gift card registered to my account. I use cash or my debit card instead. Poor customer service.

@portilloshotdog Horrible service at Willowbrook IL location today. Uber eats driver waited 25+ mins to get food because only 1 person working counter. Multiple employees standing around.,I’ve called 4x to talk to manager. Hung up on each time.
@JetBriteCarWash it’s ridiculous that I can’t get anyone from the local location to call me back to cancel my membership. Especially after the horrible experience I had last time.
@UberEats it’s ridiculous that you charging me over $6 to cancel an order because it was the wrong delivery address. And there isn’t a way to edit the address & store so you have to cancel. Horrible service
