@TMobileHelp I’m frustrated w/your chat team. I reached out for help w/my gateway & your cs rep tells me I can go to a nearby store to swap out. Get to store, they tell me they cannot. Wasted time, now I’m told they have to ship it. I wfh & need it sooner than 5 days. Plz help
Nothing to make me giggle on a Saturday then walking into the library and hearing two old people tell each other that they each have boundaries and they need to respect them. LOUDLY.. lol before they even set foot in the door. 😂
