@PerviEkos @Evilaudio1 @TankxCodex @KassioppiaVA there’s two parts: the “solid” head was sculpted with hair tools, while the braids are converted into a mesh to be “simulated” with a proxy, with a little script bringing everything together. There’s lots of tuts for rigging particle hair. then just some shaders!

@lewdineer it’s actually not that hard, I’ve drawn everything out.

Have a vertex group get selected, duplicated and separated, set an edge pin by using (select non-manifold verts) and expanding the selection.

Then, assign your other weights, I use gradients so it’s a little bit harder
