@ClassicII_MrMac I’m going to unreasonably get my hopes up and say the reason they’re putting off the second watchOS 27 beta is because they’re re-evaluating what devices support it and plan to extend support to at the very least Series 8. This will totally happen, and I am not going crazy.

Apple Intelligence was only on the 15 Pro, then 16s. Parts of the iOS 27 Siri AI are exclusive to the 17 Pro and Air. Shouldn’t they have dropped ALL iPhones but those three models in iOS 27 instead of retaining support from iOS 26? Should iOS 18 have dropped more too? Insane.

@Apple Here's all you have to do to fix this insane mistake: update that one plist that decides what watches support watchOS 27. You don't even need to acknowledge you did it. But seriously, this is an incredibly arbitrary drop that is insulting to your watch users.

Hey @Apple, how do I develop anything for watchOS 26 (the current public version) on Xcode 27 if Device Hub won't even let me pair my watch? Xcode supports targeting back to watchOS 10, but that's not an option if I can't pair the watch to my Mac because it's not watchOS 27.

@Apple that's the average level of support we expect and there's an understandable reason for the drop. Not four years! I cannot explain how any of this was approved, and how anyone just accepted this.

I gave up and used an alt. Swan, About My Mac, and future projects from me will be signed and notarized in their next available versions. I do not intend to sign any older projects, including and especially Patched Sur.

What's with Codex and randomly changing what permissions are set? I have Full Access enabled, but yesterday my goal eventually started having auto-approvals, and now it straight up is asking me for every tool call and complaining about some sandbox. @OpenAI please fix this
