@segravefoulkes1 @LizGabayMW Estate location + soils is what we're doing for the guide. But easier for some appellations - Bandol works, but impossible for Tavel as most estates own land across the AOP/soils and are 'located' in the town itself. Doesn't help that the good rosés are often very spread out...
