In my experience NASCAR fans have been much more respectful and polite than F1 fans ever are which came as a bit of a surprise given how the two sports are seen in the public eye.

@TheCapNoCap @F1REAKS You keep turning this back onto Max which is not the point I’m trying to make. I’m not saying Max is some saint and Lewis is just a dick. All I’m saying is he didn’t have to single Max out and the defensive reactions of fans and the team are not uncalled for.

@TheCapNoCap @F1REAKS Called out selective outrage by selectively targeting one person. Coulda said other drivers and got the point across but had to bring up Max. Everyone’s response although dramatic does have merit.

@Lesefan78 @PoisoonB I suppose it’s up to the individual to decide that. Leclerc immediately comes to mind for sure. I think when there’s someone with a rocket ship every years it’s hard to truly appreciate those wins. Even more so when the driver hasn’t proved much without it.
