@Rundar1st@jadethetrapper They are horribly mistreated they have a right to feel that way. They don’t want power they want respect and basic human decency. Not hard to do.
In my experience NASCAR fans have been much more respectful and polite than F1 fans ever are which came as a bit of a surprise given how the two sports are seen in the public eye.
@TheCapNoCap@F1REAKS What’s the point then that max never gets attacked for it? Cause that’s just laughable.
Lewis had an amazing point and explained it poorly that’s all there is to it.
@TheCapNoCap@F1REAKS Russell was just an example funny enough. If he had to use a name for this topic you’d think he’d pick a driver that isn’t best friends with his engineer though🤔
@TheCapNoCap@F1REAKS He did not need a specific example to make his point. I don’t care that he used Max he could’ve used Russell and I’d have the same opinion.
@TheCapNoCap@F1REAKS You keep turning this back onto Max which is not the point I’m trying to make. I’m not saying Max is some saint and Lewis is just a dick. All I’m saying is he didn’t have to single Max out and the defensive reactions of fans and the team are not uncalled for.
@TheCapNoCap@F1REAKS Is he not personally attacking Max by calling him specifically out? Again I agree with Lewis that attacking a driver for how they talk on the radio is stupid but he didn’t need a specific example to make his point. Therefore there is merit in the reaction.
@TheCapNoCap@F1REAKS I just don’t think a personal attack was needed at all. They’re driving race cars it’s a high stress event things are going to get snappy especially from drivers who win. I think it’s stupid that either of them are getting attacked for it.
@TheCapNoCap@F1REAKS Called out selective outrage by selectively targeting one person. Coulda said other drivers and got the point across but had to bring up Max. Everyone’s response although dramatic does have merit.
@Lesefan78@PoisoonB I suppose it’s up to the individual to decide that. Leclerc immediately comes to mind for sure. I think when there’s someone with a rocket ship every years it’s hard to truly appreciate those wins. Even more so when the driver hasn’t proved much without it.
