1. There still is a background check for suppressor transactions, as they are still "firearms" under the Gun Control Act and thus require a form 4473.

2. Stop pretending you merely want background checks, when your favorite blue states totally ban suppressors. We are not falling for your motte and bailey bullshit anymore.
