@BerlinReporter Was aber den Effekt hätte, dass sich weniger Menschen für einen Job beim Staat entschieden würden. Momentan konkurriert die freie Wirtschaft mit einem System aus jährlich erhöhten Gehältern die der Staat raushaut und kann damit nicht mithalten.
