@Microsoft Your support phone line is a joke! I cannot speak to a human! The bot just sends me to a MS help website which requires me to login to my account - which is the very thing I'm calling to ask for help with as I can't log into Authenticator and therefore can't login!

Then the support helpline replicates the same circularity - I phone for help with logging in to my MS account, and it sends me to web pages that require me to login to get help. I can't get to speak to a human that actually understands and can help!

I try to login online and I have to use the MS Authenticator App, but with a new phone, I need to add my MS Account. When I do, it asks for a code from the App - which I can't get. I don't get the 'text' option and I am the admin for my organisation so can't ask Admin for help.
