Behind the ‘celly’ - Every time we play, my son Max always asks players to do a celebration for him. This time he asked if they could do the James Tavernier celebration and it became a bit of a thing throughout the whole @ConcacafW U17 tournament!
We are starting to get a big @RangersFC following in Anguilla! 😂

Always thought the @FALearning CPD was a bit flawed and difficult to access because there isn’t enough opportunities to do it. What about those working full time? What about those overseas? What about those in positions that can’t take the time off to be on a webinar and actively take part?
Why do UEFA Pro coaches have to renew their licence every 3 years — but doctors, lawyers, or teachers don’t? 🤔
Arne Slot said it best:
“Every three years we have to do schooling to keep our licence. But I learn every single day. Every day is a refreshing course.”
He’s right. Coaches are constantly studying — analysing games, leading people, adapting to chaos. That is education.
Maybe it’s time UEFA trusted the profession a bit more — or at least asked who really benefits from this mandatory “re-education”. 🎓⚽
Who stands with Arne Slot on this one? 👀

Really touched to receive an award recognising the work that we have done with the TDS. It doesn't happen without the great support from the Anguilla Football Association, the coaching team and most importantly the players.
For 2 and a half years we’ve been relentlessly working to get to where we currently are. Creating a male and female High Performance pathway from scratch hasn’t been an easy but the journey has been the most rewarding thing I’ve done in my professional life.
I’m excited to see what the future holds and the progress made for the Anguilla National age groups and Senior National Teams because of the impact of the program. Currently we are on 15 Senior debuts from the TDS with the potential of more in the coming months.

Another groundbreaking moment in Anguilla this weekend as we host a U14 Girls TDS competition with ourselves, Dominica 🇩🇲 St Kitts & Nevis 🇰🇳 and British Virgin Islands 🇻🇬.
We have been very active with fixtures recently with our TDS Boys U15’s travelling to Dominica and BVI and now it’s the girls turn for fixtures.
A question that was posed to me got me thinking. Is this the first organised TDS Girls competition held in the region? Highly likely... Is it the first organised TDS Girls competition in the world? A very good chance!
In a region that simply doesn’t play enough Women and Girls football, I’m proud to be a part of th Anguilla Football Association who will go above and beyond to ensure that our youngest players are given a chance.
