This is the shift we desperately need!!
Stop funding organizations based on how many people remain trapped in addiction.
Start funding TREATMENT based on how many people actually get clean and stay clean.
Recovery should be the goal.
Not managing addiction forever.
I was glad to meet again with @PierrePoilievre and discuss our shared desire for Western policies on Iran that support the Iranian people's movement to liberate themselves from the Islamic Republic.
He expressed his and his party's commitment to a secular, democratic Iran free from the dictatorship of the current regime and a process of free and fair elections in which Iranian decide their future.
I thanked him for his consistent support for the people of Iran and their human rights and dignity and accepted his invitation to visit Canada again where we will continue our conversation on how to help the Iranian people and free the world of regime holding us all hostage.
Prime Minister John Diefenbaker continues to inspire generations of Canadians with his profound “I am a Canadian” speech.
I am a proud Conservative Canadian and I believe that our country’s best days are ahead. I pledge to uphold this heritage of freedom for myself and all Mankind.
For the record and posterity, I have never met a conservative as stalwart in principle, passion and conviction as Pierre Poilievre.
As long as I’ve known him (I think dating back to 2013), he was inquisitive, genuinely interested in critical thought and ideas, anchored in his belief in a restrained government and a liberated and powerful individual, and filled with hope for a country that could be.
He possesses a clarity of vision that is rare. In a political world where too many politicians seem to bend with the wind, Pierre has stood firm. He has a backbone and is laser focused on making life tangibly better for hardworking Canadians.
Some people mistake his conviction for anger, but those who are truly listening, know the difference. His is the voice of one who refuses to accept decline. He cannot sit back while Canadians work harder, sacrifice more, and fall further behind.
Pierre is the leader this country needs. He is the one with the fight and determination to turn things around. He will make the tough calls, he won’t back down or cave under pressure, he will fight for Canada.
He is a leader with the vision to restore opportunity and he has the courage to challenge the broken status quo.
He is the leader this country needs.
There is no doubt in my mind about it.
The Libs are letting the Minister who bragged about breaking the immigration system run again.
After doing this they promoted him to Housing Minister
Watch him brag about juicing temporary visas. They check the reply for the result.
Farmers, landowners, and working people are saying NO to the Carney Liberals’ $90-billion Alto boondoggle.

I'm an MP, and I firmly reject Trump and Trumpism — not despite being a Conservative, but because I am one, writes Kyle Seeback

On Korean War Veterans Day, we honour and thank the Canadians who served in defence of peace and freedom, and remember the fallen. Often called the “Forgotten War” the sacrifices and courage of the Korean War veterans shall be remembered as we honour those who carried the burdens of war home. Lest we forget.
Mark Gerretsen is now agreeing with Donald instead of his government officials who confirmed it was net revenue.
These Liberals can’t run an Instagram account, nevermind a country.
