This is one of the most beautiful moments you will ever witness.
Sir Nicholas Winton helped 669 children — most of them Jewish — escape the Holocaust.
His humanitarian accomplishments would remain unknown and unnoticed by the world for nearly 50 years.
Then in 1988 he was invited to the BBC TV show That's Life!.
There he sat — unknowingly — as part of the studio audience, surrounded by the children he had rescued. They were now adults.
Then they surprised him with one of the greatest gifts of all time. Their presence.
They were there, all alive — because of him.
Not only was he reunited with dozens of children he had saved, but he was also introduced to many of their children and grandchildren.
Please remember Sir Nicholas Winton, for his humanitarian operation known as the Czech Kindertransport.
Sir Nicholas George Winton, a British stockbroker, and a gift to this planet, left us on July 1, 2015, at the age of 106.
May his memory forever be a blessing and inspiration to all.
Please share. International Holocaust Day cannot be forgotten. But many are working to make that happen.🕯️♥️
My husband Matt is very down.
He’s struggling to find work at the moment.
He’s a brilliant writer having written for Dangermouse, Private Eye and many more…
If you need a writer have a look at his website and please repost.

Rachel Johnson, "Brexit has divided the family. Mainly into members who think Brexit is a sh*t idea, and those who think it's a really sh*t idea.. Sorry, am I allowed to say that?"
Fredrik Skavlan, "Yes, you're in a free country now"
Rachel Johnson, "This is what I was getting to.. Nothing nothing nothing, that Brexit is anything but a bad idea"
Yesterday I received my first-ever standing ovation. It was so unexpected that I started to whine in a high-pitched cry as my vocal cords seized.
Off today, but come along for the ride from tomorrow.

@jodykamali superb show Jody (as always). So funny. We were all crying with laughter at the machine gunning especially. Thanks for being so bloody brilliant.
@chriskentcomic lovely funny show last night Chris. You spoke to my son Charlie briefly. Also, you know my sister Pen from St Albans. Had to shoot off for another show otherwise we would have stayed to say hi. Bouncy castle man!
