@henrywinter Give over Henry. The guy is quality and he’s had a good World Cup overall, especially when you consider the physical efforts the players they through. What we don’t need is the English media causing more issues.
This time last year, City signed Marmoush & Khusanov for €120m, with Marmoush getting paid €300k per week. They've turned out to be crap signings, so via their artificial financial inflation they can just go again with Semenyo & Guehi with zero consequence.
It is not to be praised, but questioned. It is not to be aspired to, but disgusted by. It is a blight on football. A disease eating away at the sport for 18 years.
Man City bought Khusanov + Marmoush for over €100m a year ago, swaying the latter with an astronomical salary.
Their ‘generational’ manager hasn’t made them work, so they drop another €100m a year later on two of the PL’s best players + huge salaries.
Doped, artificial club.
Marc Guehi’s signing will likely take Manchester City’s spending to ~£500m in the last 12 months.
All while we STILL await the verdict of their 115 potential financial breaches.
Ah yes. Seems completely normal.
@lukerobinson89 The best way to play to Villa is to really get at us…high pressure and intensity, however it’s tough to sustain that for a full 90 mins.
Sky commentatory again… @GNev2 criticising Newcastle for having the temerity to change their formation…Peter Drury referring to ‘United’ like their is only one United playing. Absolute joke having Neville do Man Utd games and Carragher do Liverpool. @SkySportsPL please stop!
