Surely you could get it finished before the closure to avoid completely screwing up everybody’s travel plans?

@British_Airways trying to get through to the right person to sort an issue with my executive club account seems to be impossible. I keep getting put through to the wrong team or being hung up on when passed to the correct team.

@gunterrichter @British_Airways I had similar last week. Was delayed for an hour because the aircraft hadn’t been towed back from maintenance and 45 mins on the way back because passengers took so long to find room for their huge amounts of hand luggage. Some of it is outside their control though.
