Protecting the differential doesn't go far enough. One family who has already rebuilt is reporting nearly 30% increase.

With federal money from Reaching Home, we purchased another condo unit. Within weeks it will be rented to a family who’s been homeless for a long time. Affordable rent, geared to income. Support as needed. Ending someone’s homelessness.
It’s a good thing.
