A man walked next to me in a dangerous place, so I promised that I would walk next to him if he were ever in danger. I’m eternally grateful to all those who helped me keep that promise.

@StamfordHosp is doing hundreds of vaccinations per day, and more sites are coming online soon as vaccine supplies increase, which means more volunteers will be needed to keep up the momentum. If you're interested in helping out, please go to https://t.co/fbcMLnTJli
CT leads the nation in vaccinations because we’re doing the little things right, like leveraging volunteers to assist with the vaccination process.
I just did a shift last night with my friend Rep. Mary Fedeli, and can say it’s immensely rewarding (1/3)
Volunteers are positioned at every corner to guide patients from one station to the next to make it a seamless process.
That frees up nurses to put needles in arms and allows for booking a few more appointments per shift. It's safe and easy, and every little bit helps (2/3)
🚨Connecticut residents over the age of 65 can begin scheduling COVID-19 vaccine appointments starting Thursday, February 11.

FWIW, Warnock is a fantastic candidate and the Senate would be much better with his voice.

Democratic Senate candidate Raphael Warnock was arrested in 2002 for obstructing justice because... he insisted minors have a lawyer or a parent present when being questioned by police.
Investigators later apologized.

I owe much of who I am to the Army, my fellow Soldiers who had much to teach an overly wordy 20-ish junior officer, and to the great joy being able to serve something bigger than myself.
Happy Veterans Day to all of my brothers and sisters in arms.
If an Oregon county with 800K residents can do it, though - well, that's a different ballgame.
There will be a lot to learn and a lot of great elements to be applied for a mid-size city of 130K to get it done.
Really great development for Universal Pre-K to read while waiting/constantly refreshing Twitter for the final vote counts.

You can't build a prosperous community w/o supporting working families, and parents can't work w/o daycare. One of the big problems to date, however, has been scalability and solving for creating such a complex program. NYC can do it, but NYC is a nation-state unto itself.
Long line today, but it's been a long four years. Worth every minute to vote for @JoeBiden and the Democratic ticket.
Special thanks to all of the volunteers at Dolan and throughout Stamford - they're doing a great job running a smooth and safe vote for us all.
