@currys I’m absolutely shocked and appalled by the service I’ve received. I purchased an £800 Samsung vacuum a year ago. It no longer works. It’s been 6 weeks since I’ve been trying to sort this issue out and no one cares. I have 2 kids under 2 and I’m having to use a brush.

@HMRCcustomers Hi Richard. It was self assessment refund of £1871. I’ve spent in total 18 hours on the phone trying to get through to your call centres and no such luck, I have tried every single option. I’ve been messaging you guys on here back and forth since last week. Please help
