ten years. Anyway, because of that, I had to create a brand-new account. Now, from time to time, whenever I manage to find people I used to follow, I follow them again on my new account. 😅

X deleted my account and I honestly don’t know why. What happened is that I wanted to add my date of birth to my profile. I wasn’t even trying to change it, just add it. But the mobile app bugged out badly — the X logo kept flashing on the screen. I ended up closing the app

at the time and never updated it, so I got stuck. Then, when I came back about two weeks later, I saw that my account had completely disappeared. They had deleted it.
What’s strange is that they apparently didn’t take into account that I had owned that account for more than

and when I came back, it said I wasn’t old enough to use X.
Because the app glitched during the process, I couldn’t recover my account afterward. They asked for additional information, but I couldn’t remember what I had originally entered. I probably used random information
