Here are some things to consider:

1. I never expected Trump, Musk, you or I to agree on everything.

It’s impossible to do so.

Regardless of you being pro H1B or not.

2. Everyone has the right to call each other out.

That includes calling me, Musk or Trump out.

That’s all good. We need it.

However, some do it with the intention of going viral and making claims that only divides the party.

We can be respectful yet direct.

3. Would you rather us be in the situation we’re in now or have Kamala in the WH?

4. What are your top 3 issues in order of importance that caused you to support Trump?

Whatever it is, keep driving it and sharing it with everyone.

Not everything is worth a civil war in the party.

There are many that benefit from a civil war. Even many conservative influencers would win from Civil war.

It’s is no different than the military industrial complex that benefits from a war.

5. Question things but don’t bash success

Debate all day but don’t jump to conclusion that just because Musk or Vivek or others have made their money, they’re somehow evil.

Making money is VERY hard.

Us bashing success only sells the academia leftist argument that capitalism sucks.

6. Let’s study what worked + what didn’t work

UK is a perfect case study of what didn’t work.

US is a great case study of what attracting the right talent can do.

7. Let’s study data.

That’s what I’m doing right now.

I’m actually curious where H1B worked & where it didn’t.

Was it a net positive? Is there abuse?

We’ve personally hired less than a handful of people with H1B the last 25 years.

That’s not a knock against it or for it. It’s just fact.

We know 15 to 20 million illegal immigrants coming here didn’t make America any safer.

We have to hire & protect our own.

But gotta get smarter.

8. As an immigrant, I had no problem working harder.

I felt I owed America + America owed me nothing.

I was just happy to be here.

My Dad in Iran worked 6 days/wk for 14 hours a day.

He taught us to work 6 days a week + take one day off.

The US Army taught me about working 80-100 hrs/wk.

I’m also not naive to think working 60-80 hours is for everyone.

I’m a founder. I do it because I love it. My wife + I have worked together daily for the last 15 years and somehow managed to have 4 kids at the same time.

It’s not easy, but it’s worked for us.

We didn’t to anything special that other founders haven’t done.

Many of the greatest products we use daily were built by a group of leaders who worked tirelessly for years.

I have tremendous respect for them. It’s very hard on the family.

We ought to celebrate them instead of knock them.

9. Our educational system has brainwashed our youth to hate 🇺🇸

Many teachers continuously bash 🇺🇸 + capitalism.

Our universities have 13 liberal Professors to every 1 conservative.

It’s a training ground to bash the 🇺🇸 way.

Immigrants like myself dream of coming to 🇺🇸

10. Less name calling. More debating respectfully.

We don’t have to all get along. That’s impossible.

But these last few days have only empowered the enemy.

They’ve had a great week.

11.I believe it’ll take us 20-40 years to make America great again

Which means we all have a role to play here.

Let’s debate non stop but less tearing down + more building up.

You may be needed to step up soon.

We have no idea who may be the next Governor, President, or major influencer that impacts elections.

Let’s think long term + keep driving.

Future looks bright.
