Both have done an amazing job with the first team on an interim basis & we’re very lucky to have them here to help build the foundations of this team.

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Matt Cardy as Toby FC First Team Manager, effective from the start of pre-season.

Matt has a really strong pedigree in football at this level, is a UEFA B qualified coach and above all, an absolutely top guy.

He previously spent a number of years in the EOFL Premier Division - doing a sterling job playing attractive, free flowing football.

His experience off the field as Chairman at a previous club is also critical to us as we charge towards our 3 year ambition of Step 6 football.

We can’t wait for Matt to start his journey with us and grow with the club.

@AgentCorn2 @SpursOfficial Levy’s not telling him to make Forster and Dragusin play out from the back mate. I know Levy is a total fraud but Ange is completely unwilling to change his way of thinking about things. He needs to be able to adapt his philosophy when he doesn’t have the players to implement it.

I’m all for Ange’s style of play when everyone’s fit and available.

But when he doesn’t have the players, then he needs to be flexible and change to suit the selected teams strengths.
