@Starbucks Your decision to change your Chai concentrate was a MASSIVE mistake. It tastes terrible, leaves a weird feeling in mouth and your employees agree! If you can’t come up with a recipe that’s orderable that tastes like the original, then it’s been a good run but I’m out!

Customers beware @quickquack just showed me the worst cust.exp. I can remeber! When you cancel, they don’t actually cancel it, charge you for an additional month and pretend like it never happened! With no credit for the actual cancellation! Basically called me a liar!
